If you have been chosen by a family as a caregiver, HopeLink will conduct the background checks and certification necessary to receive payment from the state of Indiana. We will keep you updated on the latest requirements, ensure your reporting is scheduled and on time, and generally assist you in any way. We will also act as a liaison between you and the individual or their Chosen Advocate.
Case managers can refer families to HopeLink with confidence that we will provide them more control over their own care than any other waiver services provider. We believe that the best place for individuals to receive care is in their own homes, with their loved ones, and we will do everything in our power to make this possible. HopeLink provides certification, background and reference checks, and will work with you to ensure that budgets are managed effectively and reports are provided on time.
