Welcome to the new HopeLink website

We’d like to welcome you to our brand new HopeLink website.

The goal of HopeLink and the new website is to provide a one-stop resource to help people receiving services through the Indiana Medicaid Waiver program, allowing them to create strong connections with their families and communities and achieve the greatest quality of life.

Our new site features easy-to-use navigation with a convenient Resources section where individual and family resources and caregiver resources can be accessed. The frequently asked questions (FAQ) sections provide additional insight. In the Our Services section of the website, you’ll find information about HopeLink’s training and support for caregivers, whether they are family members or professionals.

The About Us section provides insight into HopeLink’s story and history, and the News and Events section offers a place to discover what is happening throughout Indiana.
