The Hope Link strives to provide a superior quality of services by giving the person receiving services and their legal or chosen advocate, as much control over all issues related to their care as possible. By bringing the Individual and their Chosen Advocate into roles as the true key participants in the individual’s support team, where they will have a say in matters of services and input on administrative actions, helps ensure the safety and well-being of the person receiving services while also assuring to keep their best interests at all times and in all situations.

MISSION: The Hope Link’s mission is to support people with developmental disabilities or other physical/mental challenges through developing and maintaining family and community connections to help them reach their fullest potential. The Hope Link is committed to providing positive resources and information to families, while promoting a competent level of awareness and understanding to all employees.
